i really had high expectations for this so-called 'deluxe' room, but the mattress was unbearable and the pillows could definitley use an upgrade. on top of that, the shower’s water pressure was practically non-existent. a welcome snack would’ve made it slightly better, but apparently, that’s too much to ask for. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
